In an effort to help women familiarize themselves with our sisterhood, all undergraduate structures have voluntary interest groups, know as "The Organization of Women Looking for Sisterhood in CUS" or OWLS in CUS. OWLS in CUS is an official branch of our organization specifically for women preparing to seek membership into CUS. Because we consider our sisterhood to be a life long commitment, we encourage women to be sure that becoming a member of this sorority is for them. OWLS members strive to:

- Achieve academic excellence

- Promote and gain a greater appreciation of various cultures

- Enhance leadership skills, through fundraising and community service activities with other OWLS and sisters

- Become productive members of their respective colleges or universities and their community-at-large
